All of our menu items at CBG - from our cocktail mixers to our sauces and everything in between - are made from scratch, sourcing as many of our ingredients as we can from local farmers and vendors in our own community.
The majority of our menu is gluten and allergen-free, and we can prepare vegan items to order - just ask!
